We dropped our shipping down to a flat rate of $15.00 USD for all orders. Smaller orders that have actual shipping charges much lower than the $15.00 will be compensated extra free product at this time as we have historically done to make this offset. Significantly larger orders will be up charged to cover the shipping costs with email notification going out to the customer in the case of a Significantly Larger order.
NON-USA orders: Please order through Noble Knight Games as they are better equipped to handle international orders than we are. If you have issues and want to order direct from us then please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. We will absorb some of the shipping costs at this time.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, typically Priority mail. These conditions are subject to change such as Book Rate or us changing to an alternate carrier. If you specifically require a carrier such as USPS or otherwise please ask via email prior to ordering at support@empcho.com to see if we can accommodate.
We are still exploring a plan to convert to a more automated shipping system starting with USPS and possibly adding other carriers after that. The hold up on doing this at this time is weight determination for miniature product and the type of metal we plan to use in the future; currently that metal is a tin, bismuth, antimony and silver mixture that is lead-free.
