With increased shipping costs globaly we found ourseleves needing to increase with it. We use a Flat Rate shipping at this time and within the United States it is $16.00 USD for all orders. Smaller orders that have actual shipping charges much lower than the $16.00 will be compensated extra free product at this time as we have historically done to make this offset. Significantly larger orders may or may not be requested to help pay for extra charges, OR in many cases specific items are given a specific shipping charge for an order that includes items such as our Larrge Maps and Tubes or Heavier or very products such as our previous Boxed set” “Portal to Adventure” with or without the heavy acrylic case. We apologize in advance but we can only absorb so much.
NON-USA orders: We will Ship internationally, however, be warned the costs are insanly high. We recommend International Orders to go through Noble Knight Games as they are better equipped to handle international orders than we are. If you have issues and want to order direct from us then please contact us for a shipping quote prior to placing your order. We will absorb some of the shipping costs at this time.
Orders will be shipped generally via UPS or USPS (typically Priority mail). These conditions are subject to change such as Book Rate or us changing to an alternate carrier. If you specifically require a carrier such as USPS or otherwise please ask via email prior to ordering at support@empcho.com to see if we can accommodate. PO Boxes require USPS shipping.
We are still exploring a plan to convert to a more automated shipping system starting with UPS and USPS and possibly adding other carriers after that. The hold up on doing this at this time is weight determination for miniature product and the type of metal we plan to use in the future; currently that metal is a tin, bismuth, antimony and silver mixture that is lead-free. as of 2026 we really are working on this!
